Basic Policy


We implement a labor health and safety management system, in addition to risk assessment, as we strive for safe and comfortable workplaces with "zero disasters" and "zero risks."


Through health exams and communication, we actively promote health management and mental health measures to maintain and increase our employees' physical and psychological well being.

Fire prevention

We strive to act quickly to prevent risks that lead to fires and do our utmost for fire prevention by holding regular training drills.


We strictly adhere to traffic rules and strive for relaxed, considerate driving habits that are friendly toward local communities.

Key measures for health and safety

Ⅰ. Implementing a labor health and safety management system

  • Ensure adoption of the management system through internal audits.
  • Promote identification of risk sources, and work to mitigate those risks, through risk assessments.

Ⅱ. Health & safety management (enhance and improve health maintenance)

  • Maintain the workplace environment and build workplaces conducive to encouraging employees to ask for assistance (especially for those working long hours and those with mental health questions)

Ⅲ. Fire prevention management

  • Identify latent risks through fire prevention audits and regular patrols; prevent fires through early and prompt responses.

Ⅳ. Traffic safety

  • Implement regular guidance to ensure safe driving habits and proper etiquette.

  • Inspections from industrial physicians for workers with lengthy overtime hours
  • Inspections from clinical psychology counselors
